Hartelijk welkom! Warm welcome to our MDF office in the Netherlands located in Ede!

Here we offered our first Project Management course in 1984 to participants from around the world. Today, our team of highly motivated professionals offers a broad package of management training and advisory services. We are proud to have a specialised team of dedicated evaluators, learning experts and experienced project managers. From the Netherlands, we work in over 75 countries for many different clients, governments, multi-laterals (UN, EU, World Bank), embassies, I-NGOs, NGOs, and private sector companies & trade unions.

We deliver management advisory services to strengthen your results or get the best out of a partnership. We can support your funding application, (re)design your theory of change or monitoring system, or further professionalise your lobby and advocacy work. We support inclusiveness and gender mainstreaming in your initiatives, or boost your team dynamics.

We have extensive experience with evaluations. We facilitate participatory baseline, mid-term and end-line reviews with self-assessment and sense-making. We also design and implement third party monitoring and accountability and learning oriented performance assessments to further improve impact.

Our long-term experience in international cooperation has resulted in the design and implementation of large-scale projects. We specialise in realising enterprising projects and vocational training and labour market oriented initiatives that serve both a commercial and a social agenda.

Through our daughter company, MDF-NL, we offer our international expertise and experience to a range of organisations aiming to have a positive social impact in the Netherlands as well.
