We process personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us for receiving our newsletter. Below is an overview of personal data that we process:
When you register you for an open-entry course:

When you register for our newsletter:

When you send us your CV for a (potential) assignment:

How long do we store your personal data

We shall not store the collected personal data for longer than is strictly necessary, or legally regulated, to achieve the goals for which the data was collected. 
For this we use the following storage periods per purpose:
  • Course registrations: 7 years
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
  • CV: 3 years 

Rights to view, correct or delete your personal data

Security of your data
MDF takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and other unwanted actions with personal data. These measures are included in our data security policy.
 

Sharing of personal data with third parties

MDF does not provide your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with (i.e. to arrange health insurance for participants in training courses, for hotel reservations, etc.).
