How we can assist you to keep going
We offer advice and practical support to make your online meetings effective and interactive. We offer solutions for the design and delivery of your online training, will work with you or your colleagues to develop your skills.
You want to host an effective online meeting or workshop...
Want to bring your team together for a strategic planning workshop, a team retreat, or a brainstorming session? From a two-hour brainstorming session to multiple online sessions in which you develop your strategy, all can be done online! We think along about online tools to use, and how to ensure active participation so people feel comfortable to speak out. We have extensive experience with facilitating meetings while using a diverse set of online meeting software – Skype, Zoom, Kaltura, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi, Adobe Connect – we can think along on how to best set-up an effective meeting. We’ll use attractive visuals, interactive methods (think of polls, online whiteboards etc.) and ensure smooth (technical) facilitation along the process. By using tools like virtual whiteboards and breakout groups, we “recreate” the workshop room and make sure that (larger) groups can collaborate and create together.
You want to organise online training...
Instead of spending a fixed number of days in a classroom, online trainings allow for remote learning and more flexible time schedules. We combine self-paced with group-paced learning. We do this using our own learning platform – MDF’s Learning Management System Moodle – where we offer a set of interactive, facilitated
online courses that include individual and group activities. In addition, we design and host virtual classrooms or individual coaching sessions.
Want to use your organisation’s online learning platform? That’s possible too! We have extensive experience in codesigning online learning content. We aim for extended learning trajectories that address the diverse set of needs of the learners, ultimately, to create a lasting learning effect.
