Mingalabar! MDF Training & Consultancy has been working in Myanmar since 2013 and has established an office in Yangon in 2016.

We have a medium-sized team of  qualified international and national trainer/consultants and a strong network of​ freelance consultants we work with on a regular basis. With our team, we support NGOs, UN agencies, and the private sector to improve their performance and create impact.

We specialise in organisational development and capacity building services, both online and face to face.  We often start with a training needs analysis or an organisational capacity assessment. This enables us to design ar learning trajectory fully tailored to your needs. We often include hands-on coaching to help implement the learning. We train on all MDF course topics that can be found here. Being training experts, we have designed many (competency-based) training modules on different topics, including trainer’s guides and participant handbooks.

We are also experienced in monitoring and evaluation support of your projects, programmes, organisations and networks Our consultants have ample experience in baseline studies, design of monitoring systems and tools (offline and online), mid-term and end-term evaluations, impact assessments and value for money assessments.

We can manage your in-country projects, or co-develop new projects.
