Bonjour et bienvenue! From our base in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, we organise and deliver quality training and consultancy services. Our solid and experienced team is ready to help you build your staff or develop your organisation, in a context sensitive to conflict. We work all over the region, in both English and French.

We specialise in the capacity building of staff and organisations working in the humanitarian, development, and private contexts. Our team is committed to helping you and your colleagues become more effective. We strongly believe in a participative, experiential approach to all training, consultative, and facilitation processes. Adults learn best when reflecting on experience and drawing lessons they can apply in their daily practice.

We focus on being results-oriented, smart, and sustainable, so your programmes can succeed. Clients come to us for strategic planning, base-line or KAP studies, evaluations, facilitation, and other challenging assignments. Over the years we have served over 300 clients, ranging from local and international NGOs, UN and government bodies, to private sector clients. We are proud to be the implementing partner of several long-term capacity-building projects.
