MDF Asia is excited to announce the successful completion of the Project Management training conducted for the World Bank Public Finance Management (PFM) Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) from 27-29 May 2024 at the Pullman Hotel Jakarta. This training brought together 25 dedicated participants from various ministries, all engaged in implementing World Bank-financed projects.
Delivered by Imam Mulyadi from MDF Indonesia, the training aimed to enhance the management skills of the Project Secretariat and Support Unit (PSSU) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs) in project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and results-based reporting. Through experiential learning, practical exercises, group discussions, and interactive activities, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of Project Cycle Management (PCM) and Results-Based Management (RBM).
Participants were enthusiastic and actively engaged in all activities, reflecting on their current project implementation practices and experimenting with applying key concepts to their own projects. This was a valuable opportunity for them to learn about each other's projects and gain insights from their peers.
This project management training is crucial for enhancing the impact of World Bank-financed projects in Indonesia. By equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge, we are ensuring that projects are planned and executed with precision, monitored effectively, and aligned with desired outcomes. This training will ultimately contribute to more successful and sustainable development initiatives across the country.
